How to Sleep well through the night

Trouble sleeping all nights, then follow these steps to get a sound sleep through the night.




Involve yourself in activities:
Work, family and social activities can keep your activity level up and prepare your body for a good night's sleep. It can also help you stop ruminating on what can only be changed by taking action. Try to volunteer, join a group of elders or take a class of adult education.

Dealing with anxiety:
Like most experienced, anxiety can keep us start and turn. You can reduce sleep problems in dealing with the root of your stress during the day. Try to talk to someone about your worries and concerns.

Exercise:
Exercise releases endorphins, which can improve mood and reduce stress, depression and anxiety.


Catching rays:
Bright sun helps regulate your sleep cycles and melatonin. Try to get at least two hours of sunlight each day. Curtains and shades open dungeon wide and rearrange the furniture so your favorite place to lounge is in a sunny area of your home.

Taking care of yourself:
Reduce or eliminate caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. All these stimulants have shown to interrupt sleep a night. Also, try to eat meals at least three hours before you are bedding and Avoid heavy meals and spicy foods.

Maintain a consistent sleep schedule:
Try to go to bed early and wake up at the same time every day in the morning. Even on weekends when you might be tempted to sleep more.
